Citrus and pomaceous fruit on the nose, herbaceous and delicate floral aromas, yeasty traces, some almonds and mineral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, light nutty, delicate yeasty and prominent mineral notes, herbaceous notes in the background, hint of white pepper, good substance and persistence, lively, has grip and bite, very delicate hint of bacon, light herbaceous and prominent salty notes on a very good, tart finish.
