Fairly cool nose, light nutty and vegetal notes, restrained citrus and pomaceous fruit, mineral notes. Clear, polished, cool fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal, herbaceous and salty notes, elegant, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, hint of tobacco and some bacon, fairly firm, some depth, tart and juicy on a very good minerally finish.
