Nutty notes and light floral traces on the nose, ripe pomaceous fruit, whiff of yellow melon, earthy and mineral notes, very light herbaceous notes. Ripe, creamy, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, spicy, nutty oak, some vanila and tobacco, touch of sugar candy, elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, integrated, slightly astringent tannins, salty traces and a hint of root vegetables in the background, very good grippy finish.
