Cool, tart nose, prominent vegetal notes, lgiht yeasty and floral notes, light green and yellow fruit, some asparagus, fairly prominent earthy and mineral notes, hint of red berries. Ripe, firm, tart, juicya fruit on the palatre, elegant lively acidity, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, very elegant tanic grip, good substance and depth, concentrated and persistent, complex, still very youthful, nutty oak in the background, delicate touch of vanilla, vegetal aromas reminiscent of asparagus andartichokes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good, firm finish.
