2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer Turmhof, Alto Adige, Italy

Clear nose, light herbaceous and floral notes, preserved and candied mandarines, oranges and bitter oranges, touch of pears, delicate herbaceous and nutty traces. Concentrated, preserved and candied slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, full body, creamy, noticeable high alcohol, but also polished, touch of caramel, light nutty notes, dried floral traces, spicy notes, surprisingly light considering the high level of alcohol, persistent, sweetish spice, ripe preserved fruit on a very good finish.
