Flroal notes and black pepper on the nose, vegetal notes, deep and polished, ripe peaches, partly dried lemons, yellow pomaceous fruit, some pineapple and iodine. Slightly creamy on the palate, oily, delicately nutty notes, hint of tobacco, salty mineral notes, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, good persistence, some algae salad, firm core, tart mineral notes, floral traces, clear contours, cool and juicy with a hint of iodine on a very good finish.
