Fairly firm yeasty nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, nutty traces, prominent mineral notes. Cool, tart, juicy, veryfirm fruit on the palate, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light nutty notes, persistent, prominent grip and bite, has some depth, prominent mineral notes, complex, still youthful, very good firm, tart, juicy and minerally finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Recht komplexer, fester und recht tiefer, nussiger und leicht angetrocknet-vegetabiler, mit viel Luft auch pfeffriger Duft mit herben Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen, deutlich Tabak, angedeutetem Holz, ein wenig Kandis und viel Mineralik. Reife, leicht schmelzige Frucht im Mund, angetrocknet-vegetabile und leicht tabakige Aromen, etwas kandierte Kräuter am Gaumen, feine Säure, im Hintergrund etwas Holz und Nüsse, erdige Mineralik, hat Griff, sehr nachhaltig, noch jung, ausgezeichnete Substanz, sehr guter, feinsaftiger und würziger Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik. Legt mit Luft stetig zu und zeigt erst am 3. Tag, was er wirklich kann. Darf reifen.
