Very light amber colour with a delicate cloudiness. Somewhat yeasty, dried-vegetable to herbaceous and bacon-like aroma of pome and stone fruit with a hint of nut butter and aniseed. Rather slender, yet slightly creamy fruit with a hint of banana leaf and yellow spice, suitable acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, some persistence, hints of rhubarb and fennel, salty tones, delicate melting, good to very good finish.
