Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hint of mushroomy pome and stone fruit aroma with a hint of fennel. Straightforward, slightly sweetish fruit with a hint of dark berries and bacon, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, good finish.
