Nutty and still slightly yeasty, delicately undergrowth aroma with pome fruit notes, a little wild mushroom and a hint of tobacco. Tart, juicy fruit with nutty, smoky and tobacco flavours, again a little wild mushroom and undergrowth on the palate, fine mousseux, light grip, good persistence, harmonious, very delicately buttery, again with rather tart juice on the very good finish.
