2019 Extra Brut, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat yeasty, very slightly developed aroma of partly candied citrus fruit with pome and stone fruit notes. Relatively cool, largely dry fruit, slightly nutty and yellow-spicy tones, a hint of candy, noticeable acid bite and quite lively perlage, delicate buttery nuances in the background, a hint of dark berries, vegetal notes, good finish.
