Nutty and somewhat smoky pomaceous fruit nose with citrus and herbaceous/vegetable aromas and a hint of shellfish. Clear, quite juicy, bright, somewhat citrus-fresh fruit, lively, fine acidity, yeasty, nutty and hints of smoky notes, delicately sweetish melting, a hint of butter, good persistence, chalky-salty minerality, again a little mussel in the background, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish with a certain grip.
