Clear, rather tart pomaceous fruit and citrus nose with nutty barrel notes and vegetal traces. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm fruit, nutty, smoky and vegetal flavours, fine acidity, some grip, still yeasty notes, chalky and mineral tones reminiscent of mussel shells, a hach butter, good to very good, slightly smoky and again a little buttery finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
