Clear, polished and quite fine yellow fruity nose with fresh vegetal notes reminiscent of celery and floral hints. Ripe, juicy yellow fruit, nutty, yeasty and again fresh, light vegetal flavours, very fine, quite lively acidity, a hint of sweetish melting, good persistence, salty, chalky mineral tones, a hint of smoke, very good finish.
