Cool, bright, somewhat nutty and planty pome fruit flavour with citrus notes. Slender, straightforward, nutty fruit, light vegetal tones, fine acidity and restrained, crumbly tannin, very slightly sweetish mellowness, some persistence, smoky and mineral nuances, good finish.
