Cool, still slightly yeasty, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and hints of almond on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of dark berries. Clear, juicy, sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of blackcurrants and mint, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, has freshness, salty tones on a good finish.
