Slightly herbal, youthful pomaceous fruit nose with citrus nuances, a hint of dark berries, still a hint of yeast and celery notes. Ripe, somewhat melting, very slightly sweetish pomaceous fruit, nutty and planty flavours, very fine acidity, some tannin, salty tones, again slightly dark berry notes, floral traces, a hint of muted and bitterish on a good to very good finish.
