Cool, polished, light citrus stone fruit nose with yeasty traces, some herbs, very light floral hints, hints of red berries and minerality. Polished, cool, fine-juicy, bright fruit again, reminiscent of lemon fillets, lively, fine acidity and delicate grip, yeasty, floral and herbal nuances, chalky-salty minerality, good persistence, very good, tight, cool finish with fine, polished juice and traction.
