Nutty, tart pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, mushroomy traces and delicate barrel tones. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, nutty, delicately smoky and still hinted at yeasty tones, lively acidity and some grip, good substance, some depth, very slightly sweet melting, persistent on the palate, clear, chalky-salty minerality, very good, quite tight finish with bite and grip.
