Firm, somewhat nutty and a hint smoky, also relatively clearly vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes and mineral hints as well as very delicate redcurrant leaves. Quite tightly knit, juicy, very slightly warm fruit with root vegetables and nutty tones, very fine acidity, some grip, peppery nuances, quite clear minerality, in the background again a hint of bacon, also delicate mushroomy tones, very good, again slightly warm finish with celery, lots of salt, nuts and pepper.
