Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal and hinted at bacon nose with dark berry and floral aromas and a hint of resin. Clear, lean fruit with black berry and minty notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, hints of yeast, a hint of pepper and tea, chalky tones, good finish with bite.
