Clear, nutty and a touch buttery pome fruit scent with delicate floral and herbal, slightly minty aromas. Ripe, clear, fine-juicy, tart fruit, very fine acidity and some grip, some power, nutty and herbaceous tones, a hint of smoke, good persistence, delicate barrel tones, quite polished, a hint of butter, light minerality in the background, very good, quite tight, juicy, again polished finish with freshness and bite.
