Tart, fresh, fine-vegetable to slightly herbal nose with quite noble yellow-fruity aromas, nutty and tobacco traces as well as chalky mineral tones and protein. Ripe, fine-juicy fruit, very fine acidity, nutty tones, some pepper and again also hints of tobacco, persistent on the palate, has substance and grip, very slightly sweet melting, a hint of raspberry and tangerine, clear minerality, mushroomy and slightly bamboo-reminiscent tones, very good, firm, a touch warm finish.
