2021 Würzburg Stein-Berg Riesling Grosses Gewächs, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, somewhat herbal-spicy and floral, still slightly muted aroma with yellow fruity aromas, but also a hint of dark berries. Firmly woven, dry fruit, quite present acidity and first noticeable, somewhat sandy and drying tannin, which integrates well with air, nutty tones on the palate, a hint of bacon and pepper, mineral tones, has substance and a certain depth, very good, tart finish.
