Cool, quite clearly herbal nose reminiscent of leek, celery and parsley with restrained light yellow fruity notes and floral traces. Straight, fine, light fruit, quite fine acidity and some grip, herbal-vegetable notes, a hint of root vegetables, certain persistence, very delicate sweetness, quite clear minerality, has some tension, very good, a hint smoky finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2026+. What our ratings mean
