Clearly parsley-like, planty nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, light nutty hints and hints of mushrooms, delicate nut butter and smoke. Restrained, tart fruit with light nutty, gently smoky and hints of yeasty notes, a little vegetal on the palate, fine acidity and mellow, still very gently sandy tannins, chalky mineral tones, some warmth, a hint of nut butter, very good, somewhat vegetal finish with apple and lemon notes.
