Slightly yeasty and herbal, quite mineral nose with bright citrus and stone fruit aromas. Bright, quite juicy, slightly sweet fruit with tart, nutty-herbal, mineral and herbaceous-vegetable flavours, some grip, lively, fine acidity, good persistence, very good, quite juicy finish with minerality, herbs and some peppery spice
