Cool nose, fresh vegetal as well as delicate nutty notes, hint of bacon, light yellow fruit and floral notes, prominent mineral notes. Bone dry fruit on the palate, vegetal notes reminiscent of pulses and avocado, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, peppery and salty notes in the background, some bite, goods persistence, tart nutty and delicate smoky notes, hint of bacon again on a good to very good tart finish.
