Klare, geschliffene, zartsaftige Frucht im Mund, herbe kräuterige Würze und erdige Mineralik, sehr feine, dabei recht straffe Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, harmonisch, nicht völlig trocken, feinsaftiger Abgang mit gewissem Zug.
