Im Mund mit deutlichem Schmelz, cremige, leicht süßliche gelbe Frucht, sanftes, aber voluminöses Mousseux, leicht vegetabile und angedeutet mineralische Noten, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang. Wirkt durch die Reife süßer, als es von der Bezeichnung her zu erwarten wäre, hat Kraft.
