Fester, cooler, herber und tiefer, zart rauchiger Duft mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen Aromen, verhalten gelbfruchtigen Tönen, angedeutet Tabak, Wurzelgemüse und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, dichte, saftige Frucht, viel getrocknet-kräuterige Würze und ein Hauch Soja, auch Shiitake-Pilze und Krebsfleisch im Hintergrund, angedeutet Ingwer, nachhaltig am Gaumen, regelrecht kalte, salzige, aber teils auch dunkel wirkende Mineralik, sehr feine Säure und Griff, zarte Vogelbeertöne im Hintergrund, hat Substanz, Tiefe und bei moderater Säure Spannung, sehr guter, komplexer, dichter, wieder sehr mineralischer Abgang.
