2021 Nierstein Pinot Noir VDP.Aus Ersten Lagen trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Quite polished, somewhat herbal and slightly smoky aroma of small red and black berries with a hint of iron and floral nuances. Cool, polished, fine-juicy fruit, slightly nutty, mushroomy and smoky tones, herbs in the background, moderate, fine tannin, some persistence, leathery nuances and a trace of liquorice, also some pepper, mineral tones, very good finish with some traction.
