Firm, still slightly reductive and smoky, clearly yeasty aroma with red berry notes, floral traces and mushrooms as well as some minerality in the background. Ripe, somewhat warm and sweetish-melting fruit, moderate acidity, yeasty and still hinted at caramel-lactic tones on the palate, a little nutty, a hint of vanilla, floral nuances, good persistence, light mineral notes, seems almost too soft at first, but gains noticeably grip and depth with air, still undeveloped, very good, again a little warm and sweetish-melting finish with buttery nuances, hints of bacon and again also minerality. Must mature absolutely still something
