Translate to English Fester, deutlich vegetabiler, auch erdiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Mineralik, viel Thymian, etwas Estragon, ein wenig grünen Oliven und Kapern. Fest gewirkte, trockene Frucht, wieder deutlich vegetabil und kräuterig, dazu erdig-mineralisch und etwas nussig, präsente, straffe Säure und gewisse Kohlensäure, noch leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, viel Griff, ganz leicht rustikaler Stil, tabakige Nuancen und Wurzelgemüse im Hintergrund, gewinnt noch einmal deutlich mit Luft, sehr guter, noch leicht rauer Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik, herbem Saft und Kräutern.
