Translate to English Kühler und fester, etwas säuerlicher Duft nach Sauerkirschen, Brombeeren und etwas roten Beeren mit kräuterigen bis leicht krautigen und auch pfeffrigen Anklängen sowie einer Spur Nelken. Schlank, kühl und herb im Mund, recht saftige, geschliffene Frucht mit grün-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Noten, Pfeffer und Wacholder, erdig bis mineralisch im Hintergrund, lebendige Säure, jugendliches und relativ straffes, dennoch eher mürbes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, zart bitterliche, teeartige Fermentationstöne im Hintergrund, ganz leicht nussig, guter, herber Abgang.
