Firm, slightly yeasty and clearly earthy-vegetable, also a hint of tobacco with restrained yellow fruity and clearly mineral tones. Firmly woven and bone-dry in the mouth, fine, calm fruit, clearly vegetal aromas and lots of earthy and salty minerality, very fine acidity, certain melting, dense and persistent on the palate, certain depth, oily traces, uncompromising style, very good to long, animatingly tart finish.
