Schmelzige Frucht mit pflanzlichen und zart altholzigen Noten, auch etwas erdig und mineralisch am Gaumen, sehr feine Säure, gewisser Schmelz, völlig trockener Stil, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr traditionelle Art, guter Abgang.
