Somewhat yellow-spicy scent of partly dried citrus fruits and stone fruits with candy notes, herbs, a little caramel and mineral as well as wilt-floral aromas. Ripe, juicy, somewhat sweet-melting fruit with caramel and candy notes, some yeast and very fine acidity, power and some warmth on the palate, good substance and persistence, slightly oily tones, warm minerality, some grip, good depth, very good, again somewhat warm and melting finish with vegetal and yellow-spicy nuances. Has reached a stage of certain timelessness by now and should keep itself so still quite long

Editor note: Translate to English Duft nach teils eingemachtem und kandiertem Stein- und Kernobst mit vegetabilen Aromen und mineralischen Tönen. Reife, wieder teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit zarten Kandis- und Honigaromen, sehr feine Säure, pflanzliche und floraler Spuren, gute Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Noten, ein Hauch Tabak, sehr guter, herber Abgang.

Editor note: Intense mineral nose, stone fruit, some apple, partly candied citrus fruit, vegetal notes and tobacco. Firm and quite juicy on the palate, totally dry, full-bodied, more tobacco, prominent herbaceous notes, elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, earthy and prominent mineral notes, good grip and has some depth, spicy and mineral notes on the finish. Uncompromising style, very typical of the origin.
