2007 Nierstein Ölberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Apples and some honeydew melon on the nose, caramel and some maize, mienral traces and a hint of plant oil. Very soft on the palate, more prominent maize aromas, tranquil fruit, elegant and juicy, light tannic touch, vegetal notes, very moderate acidity, quite creamy, mdeium body, mineral notes, slightly muted on a good finish with delicate bitter traces.
