Very firm nose with apple and peach aromas, some blackcurrant, cool mineral notes Very firmly woven, clean, particularly firm fruit, acidity both firm and playful, strong mineral notes on the palate, concentrated and persistent, excellent structure, long finish with classy fruit and lots of cool mineral notes.
