Tart, slightly muted, distinctly vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity notes. Slightly sweet yellow fruit with distinctly vegetal tones and a little yellow spice, relatively muted and somewhat sandy on the palate, lactic traces, some substance and persistence, a touch of carbonic acid, nutty and red berry traces, also slightly muted and sweetish on the finish.
