Tart, somewhat yeasty and very slightly smoky nose, citrus fruit and peach, herbaceous and vegetal aromas, floral notes, some dark fruit, fine root vegetables, hint of yellow spice and a hint of butter. Juicy, slightly sweetish yellow fruit, lively acidity, some candy and again a hint of butter and caramel on the palate, herbal aromas, moderate grip, good substance and persistence, a little citrus zest, hints of exoticism, cooling salty-mineral tones, hints of chanterelles, very good, sweetish-juicy finish, again with yeasty aromas and dark smoky tones.
