2020 Nierstein Pinot Noir VDP.Aus Ersten Lagen trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Quite firm, clear, youthful, slightly smoky aroma of red and also black berries with floral and herbal nuances, a hint of cherries as well as tobacco and cedary traces. Youthful, rather juicy fruit with moderately toasty and smoky woody hints, some acid bite, mellow, youthful tannins, good persistence, herbs in the background, a little cigar tobacco and cedary nuances, peppery and juniper nuances, coffee and dark chocolate in the background, very good, juicy and spicy finish.
