Firm, rather dense, herbal-spicy fragrance with tart yellow-fruity aromas, a little green olive and mineral tones, emerging yellow spice, some mustard seed and dried floral nuances. Dry, firm, juicy fruit with clearly planty notes, a little reminiscent of marjoram, lively acidity and yeasty tones, noticeable ripe tannins, good persistence, certain strength, ethereal and smoky notes, light minerality, still undeveloped, very good, firm, juicy finish, again with slightly ethereal tones
