Pure and typical, elegant mineral notes as well as herbs and spices accompany the apple and citrus bouquet with delicate whiffs of peaches. Elegant, straightforward fruit, tightly woven, lively acidity, bone-dry style, strong mineral notes on the palate, good persistence, mineral notes on the finish. Needs some time to mature.
