Firm and quite deep, yeasty, nutty and smoky aroma of red berries and some pomaceous fruit with fine herbal notes, floral traces, some mushrooms and bacon. Firm, fine and creamy in the mouth, very fine mousseux, herbal, nutty and floral nuances, yeasty tones, persistent, has substance and a certain density, chalk and salt in the background, a hint of flint, mushrooms again, some tobacco, good depth, very good, firm, nutty and a hint of buttery finish with grip.
