Cool, yeasty and a hint of floral citrus nose with herbal aromas, hints of buttered toast and a little mushroom. Firm, tart, cool, finely juicy, dry fruit, fine nutty, yeasty and mushroomy flavours, some root vegetables in the background, delicate grip, very fine mousseux, a hint of dark berries and some tobacco in the background, very light peppery tones, also minerality, certain depth, very good, firm finish. Very skilful.
