Firm, slightly buttery bouquet with citrus and pome fruit aromas, dry herbs, curry, yeast and bright floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, dry fruit, distinct nutty yeasty flavours, very fine, creamy mousseux, butter in the background, some persistence and delicately creamy, slightly smoky, chalky and salty in the background, very good finish.
