Nutty, dried vegetal and yeasty aroma with pome fruit notes, earthy tones and a little undergrowth. Ripe, juicy, developed, very spicy fruit, nutty, buttery and tobacco woody notes, a little yeasty, fine, moderate perlage, grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, has some power and warmth, slightly sweet melting, clearly peppery-spicy flavours, slightly ethereal, very good, grippy, somewhat ethereal finish.
