Yeasty and nutty, also somewhat planty to floral fragrance with pome fruit notes and a hint of red berries. Rather juicy, firm, relatively light fruit, chalky, yeasty and again also planty notes, medium-fine, quite present mousseux and some acid bite, good persistence, very good, fine juicy and nutty finish
